This policy outlines how Royal Sky Visa Consultancy handles service cancellations and refund requests for visa consultation, documentation guidance, and appointment-booking support.
Our initial visa consultation is free of charge and carries no cancellation or refund implications.
Once you engage us for documentation guidance or appointment-booking support and our team has begun work on your case, our service fee becomes non-refundable, as it covers the time and expertise already applied.
Visa fees, embassy/consulate charges, VFS Global or BLS International service charges, courier charges, and travel insurance premiums are paid by you directly to the respective third-party authority — we do not collect these on your behalf. Refunds for such amounts are governed entirely by that authority's own policy and are outside our control.
If you cancel before any documentation or guidance work has started on your case, you may request a refund of the service fee paid, minus any administrative charges already incurred.
As stated in our Terms & Conditions, visa approval is solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy/consulate. A visa refusal by that authority does not entitle you to a refund of our advisory fee, since our service covers accurate guidance and documentation preparation — not the outcome of the embassy's decision.
To raise a cancellation or refund request, contact us directly with your name, phone number, and details of your enquiry. We aim to respond to all requests within 7 working days.
