These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any consultation or advisory services provided by Royal Sky Visa Consultancy ("we", "us"), a proprietorship operated by Danish Sabir Qureshi, based at Shop No 4, Chitrakala Society, LBS Marg, Kurla West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400070. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Nature of Our Services

Royal Sky Visa Consultancy provides visa consultation, documentation guidance, and appointment-booking support for tourist, business, work, study, sponsor, medical and PR visa categories across 100+ countries. Our role is advisory: we help you understand requirements, review your documents, and prepare a strong application — you (or your authorised representative) submit that application yourself to the relevant embassy, consulate, or visa centre.

2. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and genuine documents and information.
• You are responsible for reviewing and personally submitting your own application, or authorising a representative to do so.
• Any misrepresentation, forged documents, or false information provided by you is solely your responsibility and may result in visa refusal, legal consequences, or termination of our services.

3. Fees & Payments

Our consultation and advisory fees are separate from government visa fees, embassy fees, VFS/BLS service charges, insurance premiums, or any other third-party charges, which you pay directly as per the respective authority's requirements. A clear cost breakdown for our services will be shared with you during consultation before you proceed.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we take every care in our guidance, the final decision to approve or reject any visa application rests exclusively with the concerned Embassy/Consulate/Government authority. We make no promises or guarantees regarding visa approval, processing time, or outcome.

5. Limitation of Liability

Royal Sky Visa Consultancy shall not be held liable for visa refusals, embassy delays, changes in immigration policy, or any indirect losses (such as cancelled travel or accommodation bookings) arising from a decision made by a third-party authority.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
